Switzerland completed a 17-year construction project of the world’s longest and deepest rail tunnel. The opening ceremony of the Gotthard tunnel choreographed by Volker Hesse, was, to say the least, strange. You need to see it to believe it so I provided a video and some pictures from the event. Goat man and people falling on […]
Ursula and Sabina Eriksson are Swedish twin sisters (born in 1967) who came to national attention in the United Kingdom in May 2008 after a series of bizarre incidents on the M6 motorway and the subsequent murder of Glenn Hollinshead of Fenton, Staffordshire.
Everything began after their tour bus stopped on the M6 motorway, the twins left the bus and ran head first into oncoming traffic. Police responded to what they assumed were multiple fatalities but the women were unharmed. As officers attempted to understand the chaos, both twins regained consciousness and ran back into speeding cars.
Laying on one of Britain’s busiest motorways with compound fractures and head injuries, the sisters did the unthinkable. They fought off police, crossed the median and dared motorists to run them down again.
Ursula was eventually stopped when she was run over by a huge truck. Sabina followed seconds later, crashing head-on into a speeding sedan before being tossed over it, landing in the third lane of traffic. Their strength was described as “superhuman”. Though they were eventually detained, the series of bizarre events took another turn.
Sabina, who was processed by police in Stoke-on-Trent and later released, went on to meet a man, enter his home and stab him to death.
After murdering Glenn Hollinshead, Sabina fled the scene and was spotted on a road nearby repeatedly hitting herself over the head with it. She was convicted of manslaughter, sentenced to five years in prison and released in 2011.Continue reading
According to widely circulated reports, in the 1940’s, multiple ships traversing the straits of Malacca picked up an SOS distress signal from the Dutch freighter, SS Ourang Medan. The ship’s message was simple and disturbing: “All officers including captain are dead, lying in chartroom and bridge. Possibly whole crew dead.” This communication was followed by […]
On December 1, 1949, a WWII veteran, named James E. Tetford, from Vermont, disappeared from a moving bus containing 14 other passengers. Tetford was on his way home to Bennington from a trip to St. Albans, Vermont. The bus driver and 14 witnesses testified that they had last seen him sleeping in his seat and that the bus did not make any stops, but when they reached their destination Mr. Tetford was gone. All of his belongings were still on the luggage rack and a bus timetable lay open on his empty seat.
Where this gets stranger:
Nothing like the hexagon has ever been seen on any other world. The structure, which contains a churning storm at its center, is about 20,000 miles wide and reaches roughly 60 miles down into Saturn’s atmosphere. The bizarre hexagonal cloud pattern was first discovered in 1988 by scientists reviewing data from NASA’s Voyager flybys of […]
Over 2100 children are reported missing every single day in the United States. That equates to a child reported missing every 41 seconds! Most are found but a percentage of them are never found. Where this takes an even darker turn: Within the ranks of those recovered is a grey area where children are found but […]
