Glitch (Part 6 of 6) Can The Rules Of Your Reality Be Changed Any Time You Want?

What we experience; our five senses, are they real or a simulation? With all that we’ve seen and heard in the first 5 articles, the lines are starting to blur.

In a virtual world, simulation, or computer game, the rules can be suspended at any time. The rules and laws of reality are not set in stone like we believe in real life.

  • Pain can be ignored.
  • Health can be restored immediately.
  • People can be attacked with no sign of damage.
  • Special powers are allowed.

Let’s compare the possibility of a computer reality to the real world.

In a virtual world, Pain can be ignored

Hypnosurgery is an operation where the patient is sedated using hypnotherapy rather than traditional anesthetics. Hypnosis for anesthesia has been used since the 1840s, pioneered by the surgeon James Braid. During hypnosurgery, the hypnotherapist helps patients control their subconscious reflexes so that they do not feel pain in the traditional sense. Patients are aware of sensation as the operation progresses and often describe a tingling or tickling sensation where the pain would normally be expected.

In a virtual world, health can be restored immediately

Lissa Rankin explores the implications that the placebo effect has over us. Case studies with over 3500 participants, who had all been diagnosed with an incurable disease like cancer, HIV, various heart diseases, etc. Through the placebo effect, the illnesses had all disappeared without treatment.

Lissa goes on to talk about a specific case about a man named Mr. Wright, who had been given drugs that he truly believed would cure his cancer. Within days his tumors shrunk to half their size! After a report was released stating the drug didn’t actually work, Mr. Wright’s cancer came back. His doctor sneakily told him that he had a higher quality version of the drug, and injected Mr. Wright with nothing more than water. Again, his tumors went away because he believed they would.

In a virtual world, people can be attacked with no sign of damage

Extraordinary footage of Mirin Dajo being stabbed right through his body with a sword. He became famous in the 1940s for piercing his body with swords and all other kinds of objects. Apparently, he did it without injury.

Extraordinary footage of a mother and child brutally ran over by a crashing vehicle without suffering any major damage.

In a virtual world, special powers are allowed

The world has accumulated millions of well-documented eyewitness accounts, of people demonstrating special abilities but are they really individual powers or are they exceptions in reality? Below are some examples to get you started.

The capability of magic in public it can’t be real but how is it done on this scale?

The power of Hypnosis to even change a person’s belief system.

The ability in a high-speed chase to change the rules.

In Conclusion

This 6 part review of the many so-called glitches in the matrix has provided enough evidence to conclude that reality is acting strangely and that assigning words like coincidence will no longer suffice. We will need to upgrade our understanding of reality if we want to reconcile the known with the unknown.

“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”
Albert Einstein

“All perception is the result of electrical impulses in the brain – the world of the individual is tantamount to a highly advanced computer running and analyzing programs in its working memory.”
Kevin Michel

“There is no truth. There is only perception.”
Gustave Flaubert

  1. Reality starts from the time we are born. The more we are shown to expect, or told to expect, the more we expect to see, and the more we see what we are told to see. Throw away those limits, and you begin to see what is feally there, or not. Once you have done that, you can xet your own limits. If you believe you need limits…
Now comes the fun part? What is it that limits you?

    • You stated — “What is it that limits you?”

My response — Fear and doubt

      • There is a lot of that going around, but it is not insurmountable. What limits me is understanding that which you do see. This whole Glitch series is asking a lot of strange questions, but I am not willing to concede to a malfunctioning matrix, or any kind of matrix, it does not fit in my philosophy. So either my philosophy has to change, or my understanding of something (not sure what yet) has to change, or I need to trust my philosophy. My tendency is to the third choice, for that has always worked before. But sometimes things just don’t fit…

        • You stated –“So either my philosophy has to change, or my understanding of something (not sure what yet) has to change, or I need to trust my philosophy.”

My response — I say all 3 are correct, they just have to be applied as needed.

          • I don’t like picky choosy. It reminds me too much of religious fence-sitters.
I prefer to have reasons for why I am adding to, subtracting from, changing, or keeping my beliefs as they are. For now I’m just waiting, watching, and considering. All things are possible, unless I decide they are not, like gods…

  2. Don’t forget to watch The Amazing Kreskin – he had TV show from Canada
And Derren Brown- just incredible – wtf is going on with ‘hypnosis’
and almost forgot Penn and Teller’s “Fool Us”

And Moses knew some tricks !
