(Recap) My wife has trouble sleeping and needed a replacement for Melatonin supplements. So I started experimenting with tea combinations.
(New Build) I have added some ingredients that are healthy per feedback from people who read my last post. I am also making a morning tea with some recommendations from the replies in the last post.
I now bring 90oz of water to a slow short boil. I dip the tea in the water 25 times (each group). I then cut the strings on the bags and leave them in the water steeping until all of the tea is consumed (days).
I pour the water and the tea bags into a 90oz sealed pitcher and place it in the refrigerator.
I pour a full tall glass of tea and add the Passion Flower extract (one full dropper).
This new batch knocks you out, sometimes until the next day (no late night wake up).
