Have you ever noticed that the people who discover new things or overcome tough situations are also the people who can ignore fear?
They’ve learned that fear only offers one thing…. more time. Fear doesn’t solve anything, it doesn’t answer any questions.
- Fear keeps you alive not comfortable.
- It keeps you safe not free.
- It keeps you whole not wholesome.
Fear is a master that consumes your money, your time and your thoughts.
Fearful people always have something to be afraid of, so they learn to hate what they fear.
What would your life be like without fear?
Just a thought
Interesting post, Lander. Getting out of one’s comfort zone is the key.

/fear only offers one thing…. more time. / I never thought of this good insight!! Some ways fear with wisdom’s kiss keeps one from making the same mistakes over and over again one fears the consequences one has already experienced from doing the same thing over again MHO… I’ve heard that fear is false evidence appearing real… But it’s more than this it can be a friend, the one uncomfortable friend, that keeps me out of trouble… for sure fear can be institutionalized… Fear can be instinctual like pulling your hand out of the fire… Fear is a very complex complex complexed… Apparently we are hardwired for fight or flight when startled, Disturbed or distressed by the environment we’re experiencing in the now. I fear death but it’s only a dull pain because I feel I might have a few more years before I have to go there.

Many people say that they fear the dark, so they sleep with a light on; my son does this (he’s eighteen). It’s not the dark people fear, its what’s in the dark.
As for the video… while I expected something, i still had a brief moment of apprehension when she was snatched backward, but then nothing. That momentary fear subsided for me. But then I also knew this was a video.
I should try something like this to see what would really happen. 😉

You Stated — “It’s not the dark people fear, its what’s in the dark.”
My Response — What is in the dark?
