Dental Implants Use Bones From Dead Humans To Build Bone In A Persons Mouth

Dental implants are the closest you can get to healthy, natural teeth. They are artificial tooth roots, similar in shape to screws. They bond with your natural bone via bone graphs.

Implants have been used successfully for over 30 years. 3 million people in the United States have implants, a number that is growing by 500,000 annually.

Here is where it gets creepy:

That bone they use for the graph either comes from other dead humans or dead animals. Options today include obtaining bone from a cadaver source or an animal source to replace the missing bone.

They can also get bone from a bone tissue bank. Tissue banks store bone tissue from cadavers, synthetic bone (allografts), and bovine bone (xenografts).

You may be walking around with a dead person’s bones in your mouth right now.

Talk to your dentist and know what you are getting, ask questions.

  2. While this is not impossible (knowing even a little about how things are these days) I do find this unlikely.
But at the end of the day, asking what is used will only work IF you trust the source.

    • I have it. They told me after I got the implant.

It is more likely you will get cadaver bone, it’s cheep.

      • In that case, I don’t imagine I will ever get implants.

        • They also don’t tell you that they can fail. I have had two fail after about two years each. The cost out of pocket was around two thousand each implant.

They feel better than anything else, like real teeth. It’s hard to resist getting them again.

If you want what feels like real teeth then this is the best option.

Just giving you some heads up to avoid the cadaver material when you go. Make sure to tell them you want something else if possible like from the tissue farm or animal.

  6. Dental Implant is the most advanced method nowadays used to get rid of dental issues. People should try to get in it done as soon it feels like you need it else it might become very painful for the person.
