Matthias Schlitte has a rare genetic disorder (Klippel-Trénaunay-Weber syndrome) that makes his right arm larger than his left.

He has used this rare bone disorder to become one of the worlds greatest professional arm wrestling champions.
He sees his disorder as a gift from above and his calling in life.

At age 16 Matthias weighed only 65kgs and was laughed at from all the bigger men at his first tournament. He gained instant respect when he won the tournament, easily beating all the “bigger men”.
Dang, good for him.

That’s pretty rare. He’s the only one I’ve ever heard of with the condition.
