A clerk at a convenience store in Miami Gardens, Fla., has been arrested by the police 62 times for trespassing while at work.
The store owner was so troubled by this that he installed 15 video cameras to monitor the police abuse.
One of the employees, Earl Sampson, has been stopped and questioned over 250 times, searched more than 100 times and arrested and tossed in jail over 50 times. The store owner also reported that other employees and customers have been repeatedly stopped and frisked by Miami Gardens police, sometimes as often as three times a day.
Cops are seen stopping customers, questioning them, searching them and arresting them for trespassing. They even conducted searches of the store without a search warrant or the owner’s permission.
